1. HR Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end to end Recruitment Activities.
- Ensure on time fulfillment.
- Perform recruitment process for corporate needs including creating job advertisement, shortlisting candidates, conducting psychological tests, interviewing candidates, and can support data administrative all recruitment process (end to end) include make a contract.
- Completing timely reports data on recruitment activity (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
- Updating all data recruitment (end to end).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
- Prefer having Experienced in Mass Hiring (minimum 3 year experienced in mass hiring).
- Having skills : Strong Sourcing, Interviewing Technique, Psychological Testing, Deep data analyzing, can operate computer very well (MS Office, etc).
- Agile and have a Growth Mindset.
- Placement in Fatmawati, South Jakarta.
2. HR Operation – Jakarta, Malang & Medan
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan min S1, diutamakan jurusan Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau bidang terkait.
- Min. 2 – 3 tahun di bidang HRD.
- Terbiasa mengelola data menggunakan ms. excel.
- Memahami undang – undang ketenagakerjaan dan peraturan pemerintah terkait hubungan industrial.
- Terbiasa melakukan proses payroll, BPJS, dan perhitungan benefit lainnya.
5. Assistant Manager Risk Management
Job Description:
- Monitor and review the implementation of Risk policies, and analyze and propose parameters to improve the process.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of the Risk policies that have been implemented and propose improvements or updates to previous policies.
- Conduct operational risk management by identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling & mitigating operational risks.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience as a Risk Management or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal or related field
- Understanding of audit, risk management, internal control & financial reports
- Experience with audit and compliance processes is preferred
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Have CRMO/ QRMO Certificate
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willing to be placed in Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan
6. Corporate Communication & Brand Affairs Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.
- Minimum of 4-5 years in the same position.
- Strong project management, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.
Job Description:
- Propose corporate culture.
- Suggest corporate image management programs.
- Coordinate parties who want to contact the board of directors.
- Check the feasibility of general company information.
- Monitor internal communication channels.
- Supervise the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Supervise the implementation of Media monitoring.
- Propose and supervise the implementation of Corporate Promotion (advertising, press conference, talk show).
- Supervise the protocol for external event activities.
- Monitor the management of external communication channels.
- Establish relationships with external parties (Media, Customers, etc.).
- Ensure that SOP/ISO 9001:2015 runs properly.
7. Industrial Relations Officer
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work. experience in Industrial Relations or Employment Law.
- In-depth understanding of the Indonesian Employment Law and its implementing regulations.
- Competencies: Employment Law, Regulation Knowledge, Administration Management, Industrial Relations, and Letter Drafting.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and formulate practical and strategic solutions.
- Placement in Fatmawati, South Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Create and propose company policies on employment in accordance with laws and regulations, such as PP, contract agreements, etc.
- Implement employment regulations by drafting company policy letters and preparing legal documents.
- Prepare data and documents to support preparation for employment audits.
- Implement company regulations and employment laws by issuing company policy letters.
- Support the resolution of industrial relations disputes and legal issues between the company and employees, or violations committed by employees, through a bipartisan process.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOP/ISO 9001:2015.
- Resolve fraud cases involving project workers.
- Process digital signature applications and monitor e-contracts.
